Totally recommend for a quick stop

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a lovely breakfast to kickstart our day, thanks to the exceptional service from Marcus and Taj who made our stay memorable.

I had a nice stay, the breakfast was fully stocked with tasty options and my room was immaculately clean. The staff was friendly but the check-in was slow.

For dads, it would be great if the check-in process didn't take so long for families with kids.

Room with a twist

The spacious King Suite had great potential with its cozy atmosphere, and the maintenance staff were genuinely eager to help with our air conditioning issue. Delightful breakfast offerings made mornings easier!

However, moving to a second room due to the broken AC was frustrating, especially with a dripping shower and no toilet paper in sight. A couple of mice made an unfortunate cameo too.

We stayed here for a while and had a decent time. The staff were super friendly and attentive, especially at breakfast, where we enjoyed a nice spread. However, the place felt like it needed more upkeep. There were signs of neglect, like paint peeling in some areas. But, if you just need a comfy bed, it works!

The pool was unexpectedly closed for maintenance during my stay, disappointing especially since I had kids looking forward to it. I also had issues with the bathroom sink leaking, which was fixed quickly but could have been bothersome for others. The overall vibe felt a bit sterile, lacking warmth, and the room phone wasn't functional, adding to the sense of disconnection.

the bathroom had no hot water which was frustrating. however, the breakfast options were tasty, the bed felt great, and the tv was new with lots of channels.

i had a nice getaway at holiday inn express during my previous stay in shreveport. the room was spacious and comfortable with a great view outside. i especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast options including freshly baked pastries.

The room was decent and pretty spacious, which was nice. The bed mattress was super comfortable, so I slept really well. It had all the usual amenities, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—definitely needed in that heat! I did notice the cleanliness was a bit inconsistent, but overall, I felt comfortable during my stay.
